RAID Recovery Services > Offsite Recovery

Offsite Recovery

This service level is the most convenient. You send the disks to us. We recover data onto new disks and send them to you. This service fits customers who prefer to have an expert perform the recovery.

The service typically costs between $900 and $2,500 excluding any necessary hard drive repair. We will send you a sample of recovered files before asking you for payment. The service usually takes 3 days including one day to send us the disks, another day to recover data and a third day to send you the recovered data. Faster turnaround time is possible using a private courier service. Our success rate since 1998 is between 90% and 95%.

To get started please fill out the evaluation form to provide us with the status of the RAID and your contact information. Then proceed to stage 1 below.
