Step 2: Pay the recovery fee and receive data
You will be asked to pay the quoted fee through our web site with a major credit card
or via PayPal. The disks holding recovered data will be sent to you via FedEx or UPS on next-day service.
There are additional shipping and handling fees for faster services such as same-day or private courier.
You can also send us a check in which case the disks will be released after the check has cleared the bank.
Customers in the European Union (EU) must pay the VAT at
the rate in their country. Business customers with a valid VAT number can claim an exemption.
Customers in Houston, Texas must pay state and city sales taxes at 8.25%.
Texas customers living outside the Houston sales tax zone must pay state sales tax at 6.25%. USA customers outside Texas
and non-EU international customers do not pay sales taxes.
