Step 2: Send the disks
First sign a waiver form and send it to our fax number on the form. Then follow
packing instructions to ship the disks to us. Please also send blank disks to
store recovered data. You can also request us to purchase new disks for you at market price. The costs will be added
to the recovery fee.
