Packing and Shipping Instructions
Please fax the waiver form to +1 832 251 8037 prior to sending any hard drives. We will not be able to accept them without a waiver form.
Warning: We are not responsible for damages to the drives due to shipping and handling.
Packing Instructions:
- Place the drive in its original packaging, or enclose in an anti-static bag (silvery appearance).
- Wrap the bag with the enclosed drive in 2-inch thick foam rubber.
- Place the package in a cardboard box.
- If shipping multiple drives in the same box, each drive must be in a separate anti-static bag with foam rubber padding in between the drives.
Shipping Instructions:
- Clearly include your name, address and phone number.
- Send it via UPS or FedEx to:
