I want to thank the technicians who worked on my case for their thoroughness and professionalism. While the product itself worked perfectly and was very easy to use, the support that I received EVEN BEFORE I PURCHASED THE PRODUCT was outstanding. I had email-based help from 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon until after midnight before they finally figured out the underlying problem (block-size differences), at which point I purchased the product and it did exactly what I needed.
