Thank you very much - I have now successfully re-installed my licence key, and (more importantly!) recovered my deleted files.
As a long time customer since 2006, I would like to thank you for both a brilliant product and for your excellent customer support. To still provide such customer support for a product purchased nearly 12 years ago is exceptional. I have previously recommended your product to other people and will have no hesitation in doing so again.
