Technical questions sent via email are directly routed to the second and third-level support, thus providing the most effective and quickest channel for solving non-trivial technical issues. For simple technical questions or sales questions, please call our phone numbers to reach first-level support.

Business Hours

Our business hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, U.S. Central Time, Monday through Friday, except for the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day.
  • Easter.
  • Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
  • July 4th.
  • Labor Day (first Monday in September).
  • Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday in November).
  • Day after Thanksgiving.
  • Christmas Eve.
  • Christmas Day.

If a holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be observed on the preceding Friday or following Monday, respectively.

U.S. Central Time is five hours behind GMT during Daylight Saving Time from April to October and six hours behind GMT from October to April.

We answer emails from 6 AM to 10 PM on business days. Most emails are answered within one hour. All are answered within 24 hours or less. Please type a clear subject heading to avoid your message being inadvertently flagged as "junk" and deleted.
