Licensing
You can purchase a standard, premium or professional license online through
our web site.
Then click Licenses on the Help menu to activate File Scavenger®.
The following table illustrates the usage and program features for each license type.

A professional license licensee can activate File Scavenger® on any computer only for his or her own use.
We reserve the right to refuse excessive activation where it is questionable that the requests are from the same individual,
such as activation on a very large number of computers or geographically dispersed computers.
File Scavenger can be
downloaded from https://www.quetek.com/download.htm.
It can be used in demo mode for testing purposes. Demo mode allows saving files with up to 64 kilobytes of data.
(Saving a file in demo mode does not affect its future recoverability because File Scavenger® does
not modify the source disk.) You can also preview a picture file
(i.e., files with such extensions as JPG, BMP, PNG, TIF, GIF, etc.) of any size by
right-clicking on it and click Preview. A license can be purchased
online through our website.
