For a simple failed RAID, you can use File Scavenger® to recover the data. When the RAID configuration is complex, such as a failed RAID 6 or file systems with virtualization, you may need our recovery services. Our RAID and NAS experts have successfully recovered data in difficult situations such as:

• New file systems such as ZFS, Btrfs, ext4, thin-provisioned LVM volumes, etc.
• Single-, double- and triple-parity RAIDZ.

We can remotely log on to your computer and recover data for you.

Since we started providing these services in 1997, our overall success rate has been about 85 to 90%. When the disks have not been overwritten, the success rate is almost 100%.
