Data Recovery Service for Broken RAIDs
Do-It-Yourself RAID Recovery with Our Assistance:
- If data is not recovered successfully, all fees will be refunded.
- This service is much less expensive than other alternatives because you will be doing the recovery yourself under our guidance.
- We do not fix broken hard disks / hard drives! The physical hard disk being recovered must be in working order and mounted on a working computer at your location.
- Our data recovery service is completely safe. Our data recovery software tools only perform "read-only" operations on your hard drive. No modifications would be done to the software data on the drive being recovered. A "scratch folder" will be required on a drive other than the one being recovered. This folder must have at least 20 megabytes of free hard disk space.
- Before we take on a job, you will be asked to fill out an evaluation form. The information on the form will help us determine whether we have a good chance of recovering lost data successfully.
- A person on your staff familiar with Microsoft Windows will be needed to follow instructions from us via emails. We will send command files and associated executable programs with very simple instructions on how to run them. We will ask you to send us output files created by the executable programs.
- Once we have determined that recovering data files can be wholly or partially successful, we will provide you with a final quote for the job and details about recovering the data. Quotes are based on the nature of the job, but are usually between $300 and $1,000. This fee is refunded if data recovery is not successful.
- Once the final payment is received, we will send you instructions on how to recover the lost data.
