This dialog warns the user about the consequences of recovering data to the same drive. In the figure above, the user is attempting to recover a file found on drive C to a destination folder also on drive C.

If you have no other drives and are willing to risk overwriting lost data permanently (with no chance of recovery), click the checkbox and type Yes to override this warning.
