Successful RAID recovery requires knowing the RAID settings (see "Chapter 17: RAID Settings.") If they are not known, you may need our RAID recovery service. This service is offered at four levels:

• Remote assistance: We remotely determine the RAID settings and send you step-by-step recovery instructions. This service is offered at the lowest fees.
• Remote recovery: We remotely log on to your computer to recover data for you. This service is offered at moderate fees.
• Offsite recovery: You send us the disks for recovery. This service is offered at higher fees than the previous two services.
• Onsite dispatch recovery: We come to your location. Availability depends on your geographic location and our staff availability. This service is offered at the highest fee.

All fees are fully refunded if data is not recovered with the exception of travel expenses for onsite dispatch.
