Step 2: Pay the recovery fee
You will be asked to pay the quoted fee through our web site with a major credit card
or via PayPal. The recovery procedure will be automatically sent to your email address immediately
after you submit the payment.
You can also send us a check in which case the recovery procedure will be released after the check is received,
deposited and cleared.
Customers in the European Union (EU) must pay the VAT at
the rate in their country. Business customers with a valid VAT number can claim an exemption.
Customers in Houston, Texas must pay state and city sales taxes at 8.25%.
Texas customers living outside the Houston sales tax zone must pay state sales tax at 6.25%. USA customers outside Texas
and non-EU international customers do not pay sales taxes.
