The online Help writes a few new files to the system drive (usually drive C) each time it is used. If you are recovering from the system drive, using online Help will slightly reduce your chances of a successful recovery.

Open Help: Opens online Help.

Cancel: Cancels the request and returns to the Licenses dialog.
