Under this service, we will send an expert to your location. Availability depends on where you are and our staff schedule. The process starts with your submission of the data recovery evaluation form. If data is determined to be recoverable, we will send you further instructions that basically consist of the following steps:

• Sign a waiver and fax it to us.

• Send us a purchase order or service request
• Send us payment for travel expenses and an evaluation fee. These are non-refundable regardless of the outcome.

This service is priced on an individual basis but will cost many times more than the other services.
